مقدمة

توضح هذه السياسة كيف يتعامل تطبيق GarageHub لأجهزة iPhone (ويُشار إليه هنا بـ"التطبيق") مع المعلومات. يقدّم التطبيق Omar Alturk (ويُشار إليه بـ"نحن"). تنطبق هذه السياسة على التطبيق وأدواته (Widgets) وعلى هذا الموقع.

صُمّم التطبيق ليعمل دون حساب ودون خوادم خاصة بنا. نشرح أدناه كل نوع من البيانات التي يستخدمها التطبيق، وأين تُحفظ، ومن يستطيع الوصول إليها.

البيانات التي يعالجها التطبيق

"نحن" لا نجمع أي بيانات عنك: لا يُرسل التطبيق بياناتك إلينا ولا إلى أي جهة تحليل أو إعلان. لكن التطبيق يحفظ ويعالج على جهازك البيانات التي تُدخلها أنت أو التي تُنشأ أثناء استخدامه:

بيانات السيارة والصيانة

يحفظ التطبيق ما تُدخله عن سيارتك: الاسم الذي تختاره لها، والشركة، والموديل، والسنة، والشكل، واللون، ووحدة المسافة، وقراءات العداد وتواريخها، وتغييرات الزيت مع ملاحظاتك، وجدول تغيير الزيت، والتذكيرات (مثل تجديد التأمين والفحص الدوري وتجديد الاستمارة)، والمشاكل التي تختار حفظها في السجل، والمشاوير.

لا يطلب التطبيق اسمك الحقيقي أو رقم جوالك أو بريدك أو رقم لوحة السيارة أو رقم الهيكل. إذا كتبت معلومات شخصية في حقول الملاحظات أو الأوصاف، فإنها تُحفظ مثل بقية بياناتك بالطريقة الموضحة هنا.

مزامنة iCloud وCloudKit

إذا كنت مسجّلًا في iCloud على جهازك، يزامن التطبيق بياناتك عبر قاعدة البيانات الخاصة في خدمة Apple CloudKit ضمن حساب iCloud الخاص بك، لتظهر على أجهزتك الأخرى المسجّلة بالحساب نفسه. هذه البيانات مرتبطة بحسابك في iCloud، وتديرها Apple وفق سياسة خصوصية Apple، ولا يستطيع المطوّر الاطلاع عليها.

إذا لم تكن مسجّلًا في iCloud، أو أوقفت iCloud لهذا التطبيق، تبقى بياناتك على جهازك فقط.

لمعرفة متى يغيّر جهازك حساب iCloud، يحفظ التطبيق على جهازك فقط رمزًا مشفّرًا باتجاه واحد (hash) مشتقًا من معرّف حسابك في CloudKit. لا يمكن استرجاع المعرّف من هذا الرمز، ولا يُرسل إلى أي جهة.

عند استخدامك iCloud، تُنشئ خدمة CloudKit من Apple تلقائيًا سجل مستخدم للتطبيق يحمل معرّفًا عشوائيًا مرتبطًا بحسابك في iCloud. لا يحتوي هذا السجل على اسمك أو بريدك أو أي بيانات شخصية أخرى، ولا نستخدمه لأي غرض.

المحتوى العام

يجلب التطبيق نصائح العناية والأسئلة الشائعة والإعلانات من قاعدة البيانات العامة في Apple CloudKit. هذا المحتوى نفسه لكل المستخدمين، ولا يُرسل التطبيق في هذا الطلب أي بيانات شخصية. وكأي اتصال بالإنترنت، تعالج Apple معلومات الاتصال التقنية مثل عنوان IP لتقديم الخدمة.

التخزين على جهازك

تُحفظ بياناتك في قاعدة بيانات داخل التطبيق على جهازك. ويحفظ التطبيق أيضًا على جهازك: إعداداتك (مثل وقت تذكير الزيت)، وملخصًا لسيارتك في مساحة مشتركة بين التطبيق وأدواته (App Group) لتعرضه الأدوات على الشاشة الرئيسية وشاشة القفل. هذه الملفات لا تغادر جهازك إلا ضمن النسخ الاحتياطي الذي تديره Apple إذا كان مفعّلًا لديك.

الموقع والحركة

• أثناء استخدام التطبيق: عند فتح صفحة الورش وسماحك بذلك، يُستخدم موقعك للبحث عن ورش قريبة عبر خرائط Apple. لا يحفظ التطبيق موقعك. يمكنك بدلًا من ذلك كتابة اسم مدينتك أو حيّك.
• دائمًا (اختياري): فقط إذا فعّلت "تتبع المشاوير تلقائيًا"، ليقيس التطبيق مشاويرك والجوال في جيبك. يحفظ التطبيق لكل مشوار وقت البداية والنهاية والمسافة وأعلى سرعة، ولا يحفظ مسارك أو الأماكن التي زرتها. لا تُضاف أي مسافة إلى العداد قبل تأكيدك، إلا إذا اخترت "احسب كل مشوار دون سؤالي". عند إيقاف الميزة يتوقف استخدام الموقع في الخلفية، ويعرض iOS مؤشر الموقع أثناء القياس.
• الحركة واللياقة: تُستخدم لمعرفة بداية القيادة وتقليل استهلاك البطارية، ولا تُحفظ.

يمكنك تغيير هذه الأذونات أو سحبها في أي وقت من إعدادات iOS ← GarageHub. يعمل التطبيق بدونها، مع تعطّل الميزة المرتبطة بالإذن فقط.

التنبيهات

إذا سمحت بالتنبيهات، يجدول التطبيق تذكيرات تغيير الزيت وتذكيراتك على جهازك (تنبيهات محلية). لا نرسل تنبيهات دعائية، ولا يمر محتوى التذكيرات عبر خوادمنا. يستخدم التطبيق خدمة الإشعارات الصامتة من Apple فقط لإبلاغه بوجود تحديثات في iCloud للمزامنة.

مساعد المشاكل

وصفك للمشكلة يُحلَّل على جهازك باستخدام Apple Intelligence عند توفره، أو بدليل مدمج في التطبيق. لا يُرسل الوصف إلينا ولا إلى أي خدمة ذكاء اصطناعي خارجية. لا يُحفظ الوصف إلا إذا اخترت "حفظ في سجل سيارتي". النتائج أسباب محتملة للمساعدة على الفهم، وليست فحصًا من مختص.

خدمات Apple والجهات الخارجية

لا يحتوي التطبيق على أي حزم برمجية (SDK) من جهات خارجية، ولا أدوات تحليل، ولا إعلانات، ولا تتبع عبر التطبيقات أو المواقع. يعتمد التطبيق على خدمات Apple التالية فقط، وتخضع لسياسة خصوصية Apple:

• iCloud وCloudKit: للمزامنة الخاصة وللمحتوى العام.
• خرائط Apple (MapKit): عند البحث عن ورش؛ تتلقى Apple نص البحث والمنطقة أو الموقع لإرجاع النتائج. وعند اختيار "الاتجاهات" يُفتح تطبيق الخرائط، وعند اختيار "اتصال" يُفتح تطبيق الهاتف.
• Apple Intelligence: يعمل على الجهاز لمساعد المشاكل.
• خدمات الموقع والحركة والتنبيهات في iOS.

هذا الموقع لا يستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط (Cookies) ولا أدوات تحليل. يحفظ المتصفح اختيارك للغة محليًا فقط. قد تحتفظ خدمة الاستضافة GitHub Pages بسجلات تقنية مثل عنوان IP وفق سياسة GitHub.

مشاركة البيانات

لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها ولا نؤجرها لأي جهة، لأنها لا تصل إلينا أصلًا. تنتقل بياناتك فقط بين جهازك وحساب iCloud الخاص بك عبر Apple عند تفعيل iCloud.

الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها

تبقى بياناتك حتى تحذفها أنت. لديك عدة خيارات:

• حذف كل شيء: من داخل التطبيق: الإعدادات ← "حذف كل بياناتي". يحذف ذلك سيارتك وتغييرات الزيت والمشاوير والمشاكل والتذكيرات من الجهاز، ويلغي التنبيهات المجدولة، ويوقف تتبع المشاوير. ومع تفعيل iCloud تُحذف أيضًا من iCloud وأجهزتك الأخرى عند اتصال الجهاز بالإنترنت.
• حذف عناصر محددة: يمكنك حذف سجلات من صفحة السجل، وحذف المشاوير والتذكيرات كلٌّ على حدة.
• حذف التطبيق: يحذف البيانات من ذلك الجهاز فقط. أما النسخة في iCloud فتبقى؛ لذلك استخدم "حذف كل بياناتي" قبل حذف التطبيق إذا أردت إزالتها من iCloud، أو أدِر تخزين iCloud من إعدادات iOS: اسمك ← iCloud.

نصائح العناية والأسئلة الشائعة ليست بيانات شخصية، ويُحتفظ بنسخة منها على جهازك لتعمل دون اتصال.

حقوقك وخياراتك

لأن بياناتك على جهازك وفي حساب iCloud الخاص بك، فأنت تتحكم بها مباشرة: يمكنك الاطلاع عليها وتعديلها في التطبيق، وحذفها في أي وقت، وإيقاف المزامنة مع iCloud، وسحب أذونات الموقع والحركة والتنبيهات من إعدادات iOS.

لا نحتفظ بنسخة من بياناتك، لذلك لا نستطيع الاطلاع عليها أو تصديرها أو حذفها نيابةً عنك. إذا كان لديك أي سؤال أو طلب يتعلق بالخصوصية، راسلنا على العنوان أدناه وسنرد عليك.

خصوصية الأطفال

التطبيق موجّه لأصحاب السيارات وليس موجّهًا للأطفال. لا نجمع بيانات شخصية من أي مستخدم، بمن فيهم الأطفال.

الأمان

تُحفظ بياناتك داخل مساحة التطبيق على جهازك، وتحميها ميزات الأمان في iOS مثل رمز القفل. وتنتقل البيانات إلى iCloud عبر اتصالات Apple المشفّرة، ولا يمكن الوصول إلى قاعدة البيانات الخاصة إلا من حساب iCloud الخاص بك. لا توجد طريقة نقل أو تخزين آمنة بالكامل، لذلك ننصحك باستخدام رمز قفل لجهازك وحماية حساب Apple الخاص بك.

التغييرات على السياسة

إذا تغيّرت طريقة تعامل التطبيق مع البيانات، سنحدّث هذه الصفحة وتاريخ السريان أعلاها قبل أن يصل التغيير إلى التطبيق.

Introduction

This policy explains how the GarageHub app for iPhone (the "app") handles information. The app is provided by Omar Alturk ("we", "us"). It covers the app, its widgets and this website.

The app is designed to work without an account and without servers of our own. Below we describe each kind of data the app uses, where it is stored, and who can access it.

Information the app processes

We do not collect any data about you: the app does not send your data to us or to any analytics or advertising company. The app does store and process, on your device, the data you enter or that is created as you use it:

Vehicle and maintenance records

The app stores what you enter about your car: the nickname you choose, make, model, year, body shape, color, distance unit, odometer readings and their dates, oil changes with your notes, your oil change schedule, reminders (such as insurance renewal, periodic inspection and registration renewal), problems you choose to save to your history, and trips.

The app does not ask for your real name, phone number, email address, license plate or VIN. If you type personal information into notes or descriptions, it is stored like the rest of your data, as described here.

iCloud and CloudKit sync

If you're signed in to iCloud on your device, the app syncs your data through the private database of Apple CloudKit in your own iCloud account, so it appears on your other devices signed in to the same account. This data is tied to your iCloud account, is handled by Apple under the Apple Privacy Policy, and cannot be accessed by the developer.

If you're not signed in to iCloud, or you turn off iCloud for the app, your data stays on your device only.

To notice when your device switches iCloud accounts, the app stores on your device only a one-way hash derived from your CloudKit user identifier. The identifier can't be recovered from it, and it isn't sent anywhere.

When you use iCloud, Apple's CloudKit automatically creates a user record for the app with a random identifier tied to your iCloud account. It contains no name, email or other personal details, and we don't use it for anything.

Public content

The app downloads care tips, frequently asked questions and announcements from Apple CloudKit's public database. This content is the same for everyone, and the app sends no personal data with that request. As with any internet connection, Apple processes technical connection information such as your IP address to provide the service.

Storage on your device

Your data is kept in a database inside the app on your device. The app also stores on your device your settings (such as the oil reminder time) and a summary of your car in a container shared between the app and its widgets (an App Group), so widgets can show it on your Home Screen and Lock Screen. These files leave your device only as part of any Apple backup you have turned on.

Location and motion

• While using the app: when you open Shops and allow it, your location is used to search Apple Maps for nearby shops. The app doesn't store your location. You can type your city or district instead.
• Always (optional): only if you turn on "Track trips automatically", so the app can measure drives while your iPhone is in your pocket. For each trip the app saves the start and end time, distance and top speed, not your route or the places you went. No distance is added to the odometer until you confirm it, unless you choose "Count every trip without asking". Turning the feature off stops background location use, and iOS shows its location indicator while a drive is being measured.
• Motion and fitness: used to notice when you start driving, which saves battery. It isn't stored.

You can change or withdraw these permissions at any time in iOS Settings, GarageHub. The app works without them; only the related feature stops working.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, the app schedules oil change reminders and your own reminders on your device (local notifications). We don't send marketing notifications, and reminder content never passes through our servers. The app uses Apple's silent push service only so iCloud can tell it that synced changes are available.

Problem helper

Your description of a problem is analyzed on your device with Apple Intelligence when available, or with a guide built into the app. It isn't sent to us or to any third-party AI service. It's saved only if you choose "Save to my car's history". Results are likely causes to help you understand the problem, not a professional inspection.

Apple and third-party services

The app contains no third-party SDKs, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking across apps or websites. It relies only on these Apple services, which are covered by Apple's privacy policy:

• iCloud and CloudKit: for private sync and public content.
• Apple Maps (MapKit): when you search for shops, Apple receives the search text and the area or location to return results. "Directions" opens the Maps app, and "Call" opens the Phone app.
• Apple Intelligence: runs on device for the problem helper.
• iOS location, motion and notification services.

This website uses no cookies and no analytics. Your browser stores your language choice locally only. The hosting service, GitHub Pages, may keep technical logs such as IP addresses under GitHub's own policies.

Data sharing

We don't sell, share or rent your data to anyone, because it never reaches us. Your data moves only between your device and your own iCloud account, through Apple, when iCloud is on.

Retention and deletion

Your data stays until you delete it. You have several options:

• Delete everything: in the app, Settings, then "Delete all my data". This deletes your car, oil changes, trips, problems and reminders from the device, cancels scheduled reminders and turns off trip tracking. With iCloud on, they're also deleted from your iCloud and your other devices once the device is online.
• Delete specific items: you can delete entries in History, and delete trips and reminders one by one.
• Delete the app: removes the data from that device only. The copy in iCloud stays, so use "Delete all my data" before deleting the app if you want it removed from iCloud, or manage iCloud storage in iOS Settings: your name, iCloud.

Care tips and FAQs are not personal data; a copy is kept on your device so they work offline.

Your rights and choices

Because your data lives on your device and in your own iCloud account, you control it directly: you can view and edit it in the app, delete it at any time, turn off iCloud sync, and withdraw location, motion and notification permissions in iOS Settings.

We don't keep a copy of your data, so we can't view, export or delete it on your behalf. If you have any privacy question or request, email us at the address below and we'll reply.

Children's privacy

The app is made for car owners and is not directed at children. We don't collect personal data from any user, including children.

Security

Your data is kept in the app's storage on your device and protected by iOS security features such as your passcode. It travels to iCloud over Apple's encrypted connections, and the private database can be accessed only from your own iCloud account. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we recommend using a passcode on your device and protecting your Apple Account.

Changes to this policy

If the way the app handles data changes, we'll update this page and the effective date at the top before the change reaches the app.
